ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Thursday took notice of overcharging by the Islamabad Capital Territory Administration (ICTA) while issuing international driving licences and domicile certificates. The interior minister subsequently sought a report within 24 hours in this regard.
