World Health Day: Lumhs organises drug seminar

HYDERABAD: Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences (Lumhs) Jamshoro’s community medicine department is organising a presentation titled ‘Combat Drug Resistance, No Action Today, No Cure Tomorrow’. The presentation, in keeping with World Health Day, will be held at the new lecture hall at Lumhs Jamshoro on Thursday morning. Lumhs Vice-chancellor Prof Dr Naushad Ahmed Shaikh will preside over the seminar and Who and Unicef representatives have been invited to attend. New cures for diseases and preventative measures will be discussed.
