Pak-China Friendship: ‘Neutral foreign policy key to development’

If Pakistan follows a neutral foreign policy like China, it should be able to join the developed nations.

If Pakistan follows a neutral foreign policy like China, there is no reason why it should not be able to join the queue of developed nations soon. This was said by Professor Adnan Sarwar at a conference titled “Sino-Pak Relation: Future Prospect” held here on Tuesday.

The seminar was organised by the nascent Swat University and attended by the university’s vice chancellor, principals of colleges and schools, professors from universities in Peshawar and Swat and a large number of students.

Dr Farooq, Swat University Vice Chancellor, said, “Both the countries are enjoying strong bilateral relations of brotherhood. China has helped us in every difficult moment and is not only our neighbour but also a strong friend.” The VC was also of the opinion that China’s foreign policy is a great example for Pakistan to follow.
