Pakistan's brilliant performance in Wednesday's match cemented its place in the final of the ongoing ICC Champions Trophy.

Pakistan vanquish mighty England to reach Champions Trophy final

Celebrities across the nation congratulated the cricket team on their fantastic performance.

While everyone lauded the terrific game, celebrities from across the border couldn't help but comment on Team Pakistan's marvellous win!

Bollywood veteran Rishi Kapoor, for one, too took to Twitter to express his feelings about Sunday's big final which, everyone is expecting, will be Pakistan vs India.

Team India is yet to qualify for the finals if they beat Bangladesh in the second leg of the semis, but the Bobby star went a bit over confident and tweeted, "Congratulations Pakistan! You enter finals? Wow! Good to see you wearing our colour BLUE! Get ready to be BLUED now! We will BLUE you away!"

His tweet obviously didn't go down too well with the overexcited Pakistanis, whoΒ had a thing or two to say about it.

This will never, ever get old.

Oh Rishi, we realise you're also excited for an India vs Pakistan final but let's just focus on defeating Bangladesh today?
