Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra approved 13 developmental schemes for Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata) costing Rs2.58 billion, Radio Pakistan reported. Presiding over a meeting of Fata Development Committee in Peshawar on Friday, he said special attention was being paid to education, agriculture and infrastructure development for improvement of socio economic condition of tribesmen. Iqbal Zafar Jhagra said a network of developmental projects is being laid in FATA to provide all basic facilities to tribal people at their doorstep. He directed the concerned authorities to ensure completion of all development projects within stipulated time.
