Railways: Departure, arrival delayed

Trains arrive and departed at least two to three hours late.

LAHORE: Railway trains on both main and branch lines arrived and departed at least two to three hours late on Sunday due to renovation work on signals.

The Lahore to Karachi Khyber Mail, the Allama Iqbal Express, the Karachi Express and Tez Gam Express departed two hours late than their schedule time.

However, trains that were schedule to arrive in Lahore from Karachi, Peshawar and Rawalpindi arrived four hours late.
