LAHORE:
The Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) has decided to cancel memberships of lawyers involved in attacking a representative convention on May 20. It was hosted by the bar to press the demand for the prime minister’s immediate resignation in wake of the SC verdict on the Panama Papers case. Those affiliated with PML-N Lawyers Forum and federal/provincial law officers allegedly barged into the convention hall, ransacked the place and occupied the stage.
