Nine killed, three injured in road accident in Mansehra

According to the police, the accident occurred due to overspeeding by the driver.

Bad road infrastructure, poor driving, non-implementation of traffic laws and regulations often cause deadly accidents like this in Pakistan. In March, five members of an extended family were killed while 16 others sustained injuries in a road accident on Chiniot-Lahore Road. Earlier in the same month nine people, including three women and a child, lost their lives when a jeep fell into a roadside gorge in Mansehra.
