The Boutique brings international luxe brands to Pakistan

New store offers luxury at its finest

If you’ve been looking for a one-of-a-kind luxury shopping experience in Lahore, then look no further! The Boutique is here to offer a range of European and American designer brands for both men and women.

The brainchild of entrepreneurs Saqib and Usman Buksh, The Boutique is a luxury multi-brand flagship introducing signature and latest collections from the houses of Saint Laurent, Santoni, Nicholas Kirkwood, Aquazurra, Gina, Jimmy Choo, Gianvito Rossi, Tod's, Hackett, stated a press release. Each brand has been handpicked from Milan, Paris and London and The Boutique will add Christian Louboutin, Dolce & Gabbana, Sophia Webster, Stella McCartney and Valentino to its list.

“We are all connected to fashion in some way or the other. I enjoy fashion myself and thought, ‘Why not make this a way of life?’,” Usman told The Express Tribune. “The Boutique was the next step. The market evolved, new luxury brands came into play so to work with them and serve our markets better, we needed a brand new concept,” he added, when asked what inspired the idea of The Boutique.

According to Usman, whatever happens at the fashion weeks internationally reaches Pakistan at “lightning speed.” He said, “The markets and the people are actually quite globalised,” when asked if it was difficult to convince such high-end brands to come to Pakistan. “Our brand mix one of the virtues I appreciate about different brands and showcase to our clients; what internationally is in vogue.”

In his opinion, the future of luxury retail in Pakistan is very bright. “When people like us try to open doors with some brands, others start exploring Pakistan on their own. People start putting in money into our economy and the wheel moves faster,” said Usman.

“Customer service and presentation is at the heart of the luxury experience,” he continued. “We have regular formal and informal trainings for our teams, from class room environment training to supervision on the job. Trainings are also organised in EUROPE by the brands for our sales and visual merchandise teams.”

The Boutique is located at Madison Square on Kasuri Road, Gulberg.
