The Jacob Javits Convention Centre in New York was home to almost 1,000 cars and trucks which were on display at North America’s first and largest-attended auto show last week. Automakers unveiled new sport utility vehicles at the auto show on, boosted by low fuel prices and increasing demand, but said they were also moving ahead with new US electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles for the US market.
