Transitions: Amir Khan freed on parole for nephew’s funeral
MQM-H Chairman released from Central Jail for four hours on parole.

Mohajir Qaumi Movement - Haqiqi (MQM-H) Chairman Amir Khan was released from the Central Jail for four hours on parole so that he could attend his nephew’s funeral.
Khan’s nephew, Muhammad Sabih Khan, 32, was murdered on Friday in Gulistan-e-Jauhar. He was buried on Saturday and his funeral prayers were offered at 4:15 pm. Amir Khan was brought to Malir Cantt in an armoured vehicle and the funeral congregation was taken to Matha Pant graveyard.
Khan was, however, barred from the graveyard due to security concerns.
