ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is planning to launch a Complaint Management System (CMS) and complaint registration cell for public grievance soon. A broad based CMS has been developed by CDA Information Technology Directorate and the complaint registration cell is the brainchild of CDA Administration Member Muhammad Yasir Peerzada. The IT based CMS is designed to receive and address all complaints through a singular system under one umbrella. Online complaints will be registered through CDA website.
