Tort of deceit

These proverbially deadwoods prodigally use the state resources to grind their own axes

ISLAMABAD: A few repeatedly rehired, in some cases illegally rehired Babas, in a few public sector organisations, are reported to have been using fraudulent practices such as alleged fraudulent misrepresentation for the highest destination, spying on employees, tracking them, to bully those upright, honest and senior officers who always request them for framing of employees service rules so that the employees should not remain deprived of their due promotion in the next higher grade/tier and those who are on the verge of retirement, get their pension, among other benefits.

These proverbially deadwoods prodigally use the state resources to grind their own axes such as self-projection and promotion and develop contacts with the members of the diplomatic corps to get immigration, coupled with scholarships and training and trip tickets for their sons and daughters- and sons– in-law.

A few snobbish retired rehired Babas do not bother to purchase even drinking water bottles, cosmetics for wives and daughters , tissue paper boxes and stationery items for use at home from their own pockets but take/steal from the office or purchase from the national kitty and pretend and project themselves as ‘dead honest’.

Is there anyone to remind them that fraudulent practices such as alleged misrepresentation, such quid pro quo harassment, hostile ambient neither enhances organisational efficiency nor these dirty tricks can camouflage the wrongdoings and organised corruption for ever which they have done so far? May be, they are not taken to task in this world because of their contacts and connections, but they can’t deceive and dupe in the court of Allah where there will be complaints against them too, brought about by those who are discriminated against and victimised.
