ISLAMABAD: Around 45 employees of Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Islamabad Metropolitan Corporation (IMC) will be performing Hajj this year at the civic agency’s expense. The employees were selected for the annual pilgrimage through a ballot. Islamabad Mayor and CDA Chairman Sheikh Anser Aziz said that those selected for Hajj had been balloted from among thousands of CDA employees. He urged them to concentrate on praying not only for themselves but for also for peace and prosperity of Pakistan, particularly for the authority. He added that CDA would take more steps for the welfare of its employees.
