Expansion : Ayubia motel to get more rooms

Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation to add new rooms to its motels in Naran, Ayubia and other major areas

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) would soon add new rooms to its motels in Naran, Ayubia and other prominent areas. PTDC Managing Director Abdul Ghafoor said that the corporation wants to increase number of rooms in existing motels. “We have contacted manufacturers of prefabricated structure and soon new rooms will be added in various motels,” he said. Moreover, the MD said that 30 kanal of land has been allotted to PTDC for construction of tourist facilities in Naltar. He said that PTDC Information Technology (IT) Department will develop an Online Reservation System for its motels where customers can make their reservation online. Ghafoor said PTDC is offering many projects for investments through joint venture and public private partnership to facilitate incoming foreign as well as domestic tourists.
