KARACHI: I would hold Shahid Afridi as the reason why we lost the semi-final because his captaincy was not particularly good.

Why was someone like Misbahul Haq, who is clearly not fit, played in all the matches and why were bowlers like Mohammad Sami and Mohammad Asif made to sit out several matches?
