Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma grace the ramp at Mijwan Fashion Show 2017 for Manish Malhotra
Bollywood's celebrated designer Manish Malhotra's fundraing event - the Mijwan Fashion Show 2017, was a star-studded bash.
A bevy of celebrities were present at the event including Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma, who glided down the ramp for Manish.
Shah Rukh and Anushka, who will next be seen in Imtiaz Ali's upcoming venture The Ring, looked elegant and a half in colour-coordinated ensembles.
Shah Rukh donned a black and white chikankari sherwani, with a creme shalwar.
Anushka looked nothing less than a Queen in a heavy sequined ivory lehenga, with a neat hairdo and a minimal make-up.
Present at the event were Kajol, Sridevi, Huma Qureshi, Diana Penty, Kiran Rao and Javed Akhtar.
Mijwan is an NGO founded by Shabana Azmi's late father, Kaifi Azmi. It is currently run by Shabana herself, reports India.com.

Soon after the show, Shah Rukh addressed the media. According to Spotboye, the Raees actor said, "I'm honoured to be part of Mijwan Welfare Society and I was obliged to know that I'm honoured with this opportunity to be part of such noble cause. I believe that our society can't do without women and as a romantic I whole-heartedly respect them. Thus, I'll say to help these women to get their even rights that they have been deprived off and such art work should be allocated to women as they are master of this kind of work. "
He concluded his press meet on a lighter note, saying, "Also this is the first time I have ever worn a chicken work kurta and sorry PETA but I love chicken work and chicken (laughs)."
