RAWALPINDI: Aerial firing in merry occasions has become a big nuisance for the residents of Waris Khan area in Rawalpindi. Locals have expressed concern over what they claim is the indifferent attitude of police and district administration for not taking any action as it could result in death or injury in the locality.
