Irregularities : LHCBA orders verification of votes

The runner-up candidate for president’s slot challenges the election results

LAHORE: Lahore High Court Bar Association Election Board Chairperson Javed Iqbal Raja has ordered verification of ballot papers and votes polled in the bar’s annual election held last week. He passed the order on an application filed by Muhammad Ramzan, the runner-up candidate for president’s slot. Ramzan challenged the election result and demanded recounting and verification of the votes.
