Policeman shot dead

FAISALABAD: A policeman was gunned down by unidentified suspects in Faisalabad on Monday. The police said Head Constable Gulam Hussain was on his way to the bazaar when unidentified motorcyclists opened indiscriminate firing on him and fled the scene.

As a result, he was killed on the spot. The police opined it was a target killing incident.
