Energy Crisis; PML-N will end power outages

Hectic efforts being made under the leadership to bring about prosperity

LAHORE: Hectic efforts are being made to eliminate power load shedding from the country, Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif said on Tuesday during a meeting with Sherazi brothers from Sindh who had called on him. The chief minister said hectic efforts were being made under the leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to bring about prosperity in the country and now the country was economically stable due to the successful economic policies of the government. Shehbaz said the PML-N always promoted the politics of decency, tolerance and democracy, and politics of allegations and agitation reflected the cheap mentality of the opponents. He said the people of Pakistan recognised those spreading differences and those who were serving them. MNA Syed Ayaz Ali Shah Sherazi, former MNA Syed Shafqat Ali Sherazi and PML-N Thatta president Muhammad Hanif Memon were present on the occasion.
