Waste management: Hospitals given 15 days to submit plan

HYDERABAD:
Sindh Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) gave on Friday 15 days to all the government and private hospitals in Hyderabad to submit a hospital waste management plan to SEPA and build incinerators.

SEPA director-general Naeem Ahmed Mughal said that the hospitals have been issued notices several times to comply with Hospital Waste Management Rules, 2014, but to no avail.
