Engineer Promotions Court rejects withdrawal notice

Order, which withdrew the promotion of engineers in the rural development department, declared null and void.

KARACHI: Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Imam Bux Baloch declared an order, which withdrew the promotion of engineers in the rural development department, as null and void on Friday.

An application was filed by Agha Altaf Nabi and 39 other assistant engineers, who said their promotion from grades 17 and 18 was revoked.
