He, along with his nine-member team, visited the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad on Thursday.
“We are were making all out efforts to evolve mechanism of quality assurance of agriculture education to meet current and emerging challenges of knowledge economy,” he said.
He added that it was need of the hour to increase per acre production in order to meet the demand of ever-increasing population.
The NAEAC is mandated to implement agriculture education degree programmes based on the HEC policies to endure quality of education, he said. He appreciated the steps being taken by the varsity for agricultural education and to cope with the challenges of the food security.
