ISLAMABAD: Will someone please explain to me just why Kamran Akmal is in the Pakistan cricket team? In fact, why has he been given a category ‘A’ central contract? Will the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)explain this decision? As we saw in the match against New Zealand, Akmal did what he does best. As for Pakistani fans and followers of the team’s progress in the World Cup, they can forget about winning the trophy as long as Akmal is in the team.
