On cpec and beyond: IBA’s Islamic finance centre holds forum

The Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance (CEIF) at the IBA held an international forum on ‘Unlocking Islamic Finance Potential in CPEC and Beyond’ at the university’s city campus. The forum analysed impact of CPEC on Islamic finance industry in Pakistan. High profile panelists representing the governments of Pakistan and China, Islamic finance experts, academics and regulators discussed how the sector can capitalise on growth opportunities stemming from CPEC.
