Pakistani stars make their presence felt in Filmfare nominations

As fraying India-Pakistan ties hold Bollywood hostage, a number of Pakistani artistes have made their presence felt in nominations for the upcoming 62 Jio Filmfare Awards.
Our very own Atif Aslam, Quratulain Balouch (QB) and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan have been nominated in the best playback singers' categories, reported Filmfare.
Separately, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil star Fawad Khan is in the running for the best supporting actor award. Fawad has been recognised for his performance in Kapoor & Sons.
Atif has been nominated for his melodious romantic ballad Tere Sang Yaara from Akshay Kumar and Ileana D'Cruz's mystery thriller Rustom.

On the other hand, Rahat has been recognised for his vocal prowess in Sultan's Jag Ghoomeya
While both Atif and Rahat are no strangers to Bollywood, QB's nomination comes as a bit of a surprise.
