Though anxiety requires proper treatment, there are some foods that can help you cope with or even reducing it. Following is a list of foods that are easy to find and can actually help you feel better when you feel stressed out or anxious.

Oranges don’t just taste really good. They are full of vitamin C and are excellent stress-busters as well. Not only do oranges strengthen the immune system, they also lower the levels of stress hormones in your blood stream and keep blood pressure in check.

Oranges are easy to find these days so give them a shot. The citrus fruits will help you feel calmer. You can eat one, drink orange juice or simply boil its peals and let its aroma fill your house. Many believe that the scent of oranges can help reduce stress.
