These actors need to carry themselves out in a better fashion

LAHORE: Dressing to impress seems to have become a lost art in the Pakistani entertainment industry. Whether they are hitting the red carpet or out and about, celebs try their best to look tailor-made for the evening but every now and then, they suffer from a major faux pas. Here are four powerhouse performers who impress us with their craft on screen but need to carry themselves out in a better fashion.



Saba Qamar

Saba is a perfect combination of good looks, brilliant acting and great dancing but she often comes under the radar for poor choice of ensembles. The actor needs to invest in some classic designer pieces with longer hemlines, avoid experimenting with Oscar-inspired ball gowns and stick to traditional drapes which would enhance her hourglass figure and overall personality.  As for her hair and makeup, she can have her hair tied up or let lose; soft curls and voluminous hairstyles would look great on her.



Mehwish Hayat

The multi-talented artist and now Coke Studio performer has made a lot of waves in a short period of time but not for her wardrobe. Mehwish is no stranger to the fashion police as she often steps out in the worst outfits, whether it is at an award function or a movie premiere. You surely need to have oodles of confidence to make that edgy and quirky style statement but the Actor in Law star needs to evolve beyond that. She should keep her hair colour natural and follow the less-is-more approach in terms of applying make-up.

Sajal Aly

Sajal is a very pretty girl but her wardrobe lets her down, both on and off screen. We have lost count of how many times she has worn mismatched outfits at public gatherings. She is cute as a button, but her style screams too much, making one feel like she really requires a professional glam squad. The starlet has been applauded several times for her performances in TV serials but she is not quite the trendsetter. Sajal needs to opt for a more sleek and sophisticated approach towards styling with minimal fresh-look makeup.
