LAHORE: The Lahore city traffic police have temporarily suspended issuing driving licences due to unavailability of new tickets. On Monday, a traffic police spokesperson said DIG Traffic Ahmad Mobeen had contacted the post master general for the issuance of more tickets. The postage tickets may be issued by January 4, he added. The spokesperson said that all licence services for new, learners, renewal and duplicate have been affected. The notice of temporarily suspension of driving licenses has been conveyed to all the licence issuing centres.
