Benazir Culture Complex: Culture minister orders inquiry

KARACHI: Culture, tourism and antiquities minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah has taken notice of a news story published in The Express Tribune regarding the under-construction cultural complex, Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Cultural Complex, in Sukkur which has been turned into an ‘animal stable’. He directed culture secretary Akbar Laghari to submit a detailed report on the construction of the complex. Shah said he will visit the complex soon to learn the ground realities. He remarked that he is in touch with the planning and development department and is updated on the progress of different development projects across the province.
