We have been sleeping for too long
ISLAMABAD: The Syrian Civil War is something that we have put on the back burner for too long. We protested when it started, and a picture of a silent child in Aleppo reawakened the humanity in us, but then we forgot all about it and went back to our daily routines. It is up to the public and media to pressurise the governments to call for ceasefire. We need to collect aid and help it reach the people. We need to protest the use of chemical weapons, cluster bombs and thermobaric weapons and for this, we need to give our time and money. We have been sleeping for too long.
