ISLAMABAD: Credit for giving constitutional rights to the people of Fata would go to the PML-N government, said State Minister for Information Marriyum Aurangzeb.

She said this while addressing a joint press conference with the Minister of States and Frontier Regions Lt Gen (retd) Abdul Qadir Baloch.

Marriyum also said that at the start of the Cabinet meeting a Fateha was offered for the victims of the PIA aircraft crash and Karachi hotel fire.

She termed the meeting as historic because it discussed the Fata reforms committee’s report.

She said with the approval of the cabinet, the people of Fata would see the day for which they were waiting since ages.
