New course: ITU launches MBA in technology, entrepreneurship

The Information Technology University’s (ITU) School of Business and Management has launched the first-of-its-kind Executive MBA in Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship (EMBITE).

According to a ITU statement, it is the first programme in Pakistan designed specifically to provide skills and knowledge for those interested in starting a new business or those intending to grow their businesses. ITU Vice-Chancellor Dr Umar Saif said this programme with its unique features was being targeted at those who determined to transform Pakistan’s economic landscape in the next 25 years.

EMBITE is a two-year modular Executive MBA, comprising 72 credit hours with 22 courses and a project (equivalent to two courses.

Candidates having 14 years of education with four years’ work experience or 16 years of education with two years’ work experience will be considered eligible.
