Evening programme: Admissions open at KU

KARACHI:
The director of admissions at Karachi University (KU), Prof Dr Khalid Iraqi, notified that admissions for the Bachelor’s and Master’s evening programme, 2017, at the varsity have commenced from Tuesday.
Admission forms with the prospectus can be obtained from the United Bank Limited (UBL) Silver Jubilee booth in KU against payment of Rs1,700 till December 22 from 9am to 4pm and from 4pm to 6pm from the UBL campus branch.
Candidates awaiting results may also apply for admission. They must submit their results at least three days prior to the date of announcement of the admissions list.
Applicants seeking admissions on the basis of certificates or degrees other than those awarded by public sector boards or universities in Pakistan or abroad must submit an equivalence certificate issued by the equivalence committee of KU or Inter Board Committee of Chairmen at least three days before the announcement of the list of admissions.
The admission directorate applies no restriction on the year of passing.
