Indian stand-up comedian Daniel Fernandes is known for his rib-tickling satire and dark humour. He tends to choose controversial topics and in his latest video, he threw a shade at Pakistan-India tension and confessed 'despising' Pakistani heartthrob Fawad Khan.

The video is replete with moments of sheer brilliance like "Hate is our default setting, right?" Daniel further adds, "I cannot afford to like Fawad Khan, I don't have five crores on me," he says with reference to the instance when filmmaker Karan Johar was asked to donate  five crores to the Army Welfare Fund as penance over Ae Dil Hai Mushkil featuring Pakistani actors.

Pakistani actors working in Bollywood faced a backlash in the wake of the Uri attacks. As Pakistan-India tension spiked, the release of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil landed in trouble. It was in this context that the Indian Motion Pictures Producers' Association temporarily banned Pakistani talent from working in Bollywood films.
