Man threatens to kill judge in court

KARACHI: First the accused asked nicely, urging the court to acquit him quickly but when the judge told him that a verdict could only be announced after witness testimonies were heard, he got angry.

I'll kill you, he raged at the Additional Sessions Judge, Malir, Shahid Shafiq, in front of the entire court on Monday.

Zeeshan alias Lodhi was presented in court on charges of attempted murder, robbery and police assault.

He asked the judge to acquit him at once but the judge said they had to finish the proceedings first. The Al Falah SHO was directed to arrest the accused and file another case against him.
