Pakistan may have lost the rights to host the World Cup but there is no shortage of fan fever gripping the country. Ibrar Ahmed, a resident of Multan, has constructed a stadium which he dedicated to the Pakistan team, hoping they would clinch the trophy.

While the pictures may not reflect the hard work, Ahmed spent countless sleepless nights to build the stadium, focusing on details in and around the ground. The model has already drawn appreciation from scores of people who have visited his residence.

Ahmed cannot afford to see the matches at the venue, but there is no dearth of enthusiasm the man has exhibited. India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka are hosting the World Cup but Pakistan fans do not want to be left behind. “I have sketched my dream through this stadium, ” said Ahmed.
