Meeting: Committee briefed on NHA performance

ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly Standing Committee on Communications was informed that road infrastructure projects worth Rs950 billion will be completed till next year. The meeting, presided over by MNA Muhammad Muzammil Qureshi, was briefed on the performance of the National Highway Authority (NHA). The detailed briefing on ongoing and future projects of the NHA was presented before the committee. The committee unanimously approved the resolution regarding the removal of MNA Sufyan Yusuf from the office of the Chairman Standing Committee on Communications as he was unable to perform the duties of his office.
