Tareen’s application: LHC issues notices to four MNAs

LAHORE: The LHC issued notices on Monday on  PTI MNA Jahangir Tareen’s application, requesting to make four MNAs party in his petition challenging National Assembly speaker’s order of sending a reference against him to the election commission. Chief Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah has sought replies from the speaker, ECP and MNAs Marriyam Aurangzeb, Maiza Hameed, Ashiq Shah and Talal Chaudhry till December 1. These MNAs had accused Tareen of getting loans from different banks, which he later got written off. They alleged the PTI leader did not mention this fact when he filed his nomination papers for elections.
