However, there’s now an easy way out. Swedish developers Wille Dahlbo and Linus Unnebäck have created Deseat.me, a website that offers a way to wipe your entire existence off the internet in a few clicks.

How it works

When you log on to the website using Google, it scans for apps and services you have ever created an account for, and creates a list of them with easy delete links.



The web-based service pair the every account it finds with an easy delete link pointing to the unsubscribe page for that service. With just few clicks, you can get rid of any account that you don’t want to maintain.



Depending on the number of accounts/services you have subscribed for, you can be free of any online accounts within an hour.

Deseat.me uses Googles OAuth protocol, which according to the company doesn’t allow them to gain access to any of your login information, so you can use the service without the fear of your privacy being compromised.
