YouTube video of the day: Imran Khan's Inspiration for his cancer hospital

Lahore, being the stepping stone for Imran Khan’s noble cause, has given him his due respect and support in running the immensely renowned Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust for cancer patients.

Imran claims his inspiration came from his mother who was a cancer patient. He could not bear watching her in pain and her helplessness so he decided he was going to take steps to make sure that nobody had to endure such hardships. Many doubted him and his motives but impossible was nothing to Imran. After the establishment of the hospital, he never experienced the shortage of funds – not for a day, says Imran.

Imran declares that he owes his success to the people of Pakistan and he could not have done it without them. People have come out from every nook and cranny of the country to give Imran their help and sustenance and have always stood by him.
