“The fact is that India is constantly violating the 2003 Ceasefire Understanding, targeting civilian and trying to divert the international attention from its atrocities in the Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir,” the statement added.
Tensions between Pakistan and India have been running high since July when India unleashed a brutal crackdown on Kashmiris protesting against the extrajudicial killing of a prominent freedom fighter, Burhan Wani.
