KARACHI: Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has flown to Dubai on a two-day visit to meet Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) president Asif Ali Zardari. In the meeting, the chief minister will brief Zardari regarding the three-month performance of his government and the results they have achieved so far. He will also brief the former president of Pakistan about the development projects undertaken by the PPP government. The issue of the induction of new special assistants in the cabinet may be discussed in the meeting, informed an official requesting anonymity. “PPP leadership is thinking about bringing some changes in the cabinet,” said a PPP leader requesting anonymity. “It is most likely that Imtiaz Shaikh, who recently left Pakistan Muslim League - Functional and joined PPP, will get a portfolio in the Sindh cabinet.” However, no official confirmed this news.
