ISLAMABAD: Given that the Foreign Office has sought several weeks to ascertain whether Raymond Davis enjoys diplomatic immunity (something that shouldn’t need more than half an hour), the Higher Education Commission is requested to approve the establishment of a ‘Raymond Davis Institute of Diplomatic Immunity’ whereby Foreign Office officials can be taught this subject.
