ISLAMABAD: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday sent a prime suspect in the Barrister Fahad Malik murder case on 10-days’ judicial remand.

Police submitted the charge sheet in the case before the ATC Judge Syed Kausar Abbas Zaidi.

The judge sent Hashim Khan on judicial remand to Addiala Jail and granted temporary possession of Malik’s vehicle to police.

The three prime suspects, including Hashim Khan, Noman Khokhar and Raja Arshad will be produced before the court on November 17 again.

Former chairman Senate Muhammad Mian Soomro’s nephew, Barrister Fahad Malik was killed in an armed clash at F-10/3 in the early hours of August 16.

Malik, a British-Pakistani citizen was killed when Nauman Khokhar along with his aides allegedly opened fire on his car near Shalimar police station where he had gone in his professional capacity to mediate a case between two parties involving groups, Tariq Malik and duo Raja Arshad and Nauman Khokhar.
