ISLAMABAD: Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Saturday said the opposition should not frame a person-specific Terms of Reference (ToR) for probe into the Panama Papers. Khaqan added that the government had sincerely tried to resolve the matter of ToRs through parliament but consensus could not be evolved as the opposition was doing politics on the issue just for political point scoring.
