CHARSADDA: The Jamaat-e-Islami has decided to call an all parties conference on CPEC on November 15.

Addressing Charssadda district cabinet on Friday, the party’s K-P Ameer Mushtaq Ahmad Khan said that JI intended to invite all political parties, including the ones outside Parliament.

“With the consent of our central leadership, we have decided to call an all-party conference on November 15 and will invite central leadership of all parties who are in parliament or outside, and hope that this APC will pave the way for equal rights in CPEC,” Mushtaq said.

He added that JI demands indiscriminate accountability of all political leaders in the country. The JI ameer further said that his party supported judicial commission to probe the Panamagate scandal and stressed that accountability should be across the board.
