Katrina's official Twitter account turns out to be fake, gets deleted

It's official! Katrina Kaif is not on Twitter!

The Baar Baar Dekho actor got fans excited after she made her Twitter debut earlier this year. However, there wasn't any official confirmation as she didn't make any announcement.

And turns out that an imposter made a fake Twitter handle and to top it all, it got verified too.

The social media platform has now deleted the account after realising its mistake.

"This is completely untrue and there is some mistake behind this. Our technical team has got in touch with Twitter and there are getting it (verification) pulled down," Kat's spokesperson was quoted as saying by Bollywoodlife.

On the other hand, Kat is totally killing it on Facebook, her only social media account.
