Agriculture sector: Experts call for bringing reforms

FAISALABAD: Experts stressed the need to adopt reforms in agriculture sector to make it profitable and to meet the demand of increasing population that will double by 2050. While speaking at the concluding session of the workshop titled “Precision Agriculture’ in Faisalabad on Wednesday, they said we should prepare ourselves to face the challenges of food security in the country. Experts said there was a need to create awareness among the farming community about increasing the per acre production.
